We stopped for fuel in Boulder, AZ and this young lady asked me if her husband could take her photo next to my bike. She got excited when I told her she could sit on it. Hey Sherm, this time I got the girl. Good thing you weren't there! :)

Each year our Sunday ride takes us over Lida pass to the base of the High Sierra's. Lida summit is a photo op.

I usually climb around till I can find a good shot.

This year we didn't have a big crowd, but it looks like the Sierra's had a big snow.

Looks like we are all grouped up again.........time for some more twisties.

Mount Whatever is the tallest mountain in the continental US.

We ate here. For $10.49 I had the most food I have ever consumed at one time and it was delicious. I should have taken a picture just for Sherm.

I'm off to my first ride of the year and staying at the Motel 6 in Beatty, NV. If you start at the bottom, it can only get better for the rest of the year. :)

Next door to the motel is the largest candy store in NV. I'm still trying to sort the reason for the security camera on this back door.

A new addition this year are the charging stations for the electric cars. There are two of these generic chargers.

They must be expecting a Tesla Rally as there are eight of these.

We are standing 282 feet below this sign........

......it reads

If you want a hairdo like this, buy a Schuberth

This is the bad water at Badwater. It actually taste pretty good if you like yours a little salty.

Still holding hands after all these years!

I think I'll check this stuff out a little closer.

hmm, a little slimy, doesn't taste too good either, must have been a lot of mules in the area at one time!

A little spot known as the artist pallet

A few of the bikes pulling into the parking area.

My neighbor Fred rode his F6B up from Sun City West.

My friend Tiny Tim (all 6'4" of him) explaining how this area was created.

Hey, I'm right here

Okay, everyone showed up!

Shoshone is a small town and the restaurant has trouble handling 30 people at once so I made a short visit to this old museum.

Good burgers here.

With all of the water they had this year, a lot of salt has leached from the soil.

R and A are recording it for later comparison to previous years pictures.

Rocky is thinking his camera needs a couple more horsepower!
